And man do we have plenty of both!Week 3: Framing is completed, heating and air are roughed in. Next week contractors will be finishing the the heat and air, roughing in the electrical, topping out the plumbing, roughing in the low voltage line, and shingling our roof!
(My "Builder" says all work is dependent on weather delays, strikes, and natural disasters.)
Our front door is 3.5 feet by 9 foot!
We wanted to be ready just in case we ever have Shrek or some NBA centers over for dinner.
Our gas lanterns will go on both sides to light our guests' way. :)
