Project Dream Home Update

My Mom has been asking me for two weeks to post an update on our house and I just haven't sat down to do it...until today.  

The sheetrock and the finishing are complete and the painter has primed all of the interior and exterior surfaces.  And Drew has been doing all of the trim work.  This week we'll be getting some color on the walls and the installation of flooring will begin!!  I'm so excited about our flooring!  I just can't wait!

 36 inch stainless steel farmers sink

I swore I would never have another stainless steel sink after having my solid granite kitchen sink in this house, but I just could not find a solid stone sink to match black soapstone, that wasn't completely out of the budget...so I mentioned to Drew maybe if we could find a stainless farmers sink I would settle for that...the next day he had found one.  The man loves shiny silver!

It's moving right along!  I love watching our ideas come together piece by piece it's so exciting building your own home!
